Unmasked, 2020-22 A homemade mask template inspired the form for each of these pieces which are made with woven paper. Scanned articles about the pandemic, civil unrest, social injustices, police brutality, and political dysfunction merge together to document the crisis of 2020-22. Collectively these masks chronicle experiences of tumultuous and challenging times.
